Shipping policy
We want to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, which is why we strive to ship out orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Our shipments originate from Ukraine and are sent via airmail for optimal speed and reliability. After sending the parcel, you will receive a tracking number.
Some orders (if possible) are sent by express delivery services(DHL,FedEx,UPS,DPD etc.) *You will know exactly about the delivery method after placing the order or write to us for clarification in advance :)
To make things even more convenient for you, we offer free shipping to most countries in the world on all orders. United States, Canada, the United Kingdom,Europe and most other countries get free shipping. BUT :
due to the varying distribution of tariff zones across the world, there are some countries that will incur a shipping fee of 10$. This fee is necessary to cover the additional costs associated with shipping to these locations. You can see this list here .
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we assure you that we have worked hard to keep our shipping fees as low as possible while still providing reliable and efficient delivery.

We understand that waiting for your order can be frustrating, which is why we strive to provide you with accurate delivery estimates. Typically, orders shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe arrive within 7-19 business days, while orders shipped to other countries may take up to 30 days to arrive.
Incorrect Address & Returned Parcels
Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Our shipping labels are generated automatically based on the details submitted by the customer, and we are not responsible for errors in the provided address.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, we are only able to issue a partial refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are not reimbursed to us by the postal service.
If you would like the order to be re-shipped, additional shipping fees will apply.

If a parcel is delayed, held, or not delivered due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. However, we will always do our best to assist and provide any available information to help resolve the situation.
