Refund policy

We understand that sometimes products don't meet your expectations and you may wish to return them for a refund. However, please note that our company policy states that we do not offer refunds on any of our products.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and have rigorous quality control measures in place to ensure that they meet our high standards. If you receive a defective or damaged product or if you receive the wrong item, we will be happy to replace it with a new one at no additional cost to you.

Please keep in mind that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a defective or damaged product. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you can appreciate our commitment to providing only the best products to our customers.

Incorrect Address & Returned Parcels

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Our shipping labels are generated automatically based on the details submitted by the customer, and we are not responsible for errors in the provided address.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, we are only able to issue a partial refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are not reimbursed to us by the postal service.

If you would like the order to be re-shipped, additional shipping fees will apply.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to customs inspections, import restrictions, postal service delays, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events — delivery times may be significantly extended and, in some cases, become indefinite.

  We are not responsible for delays, holds, losses, or additional charges caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers. The buyer is fully responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations and for any duties, taxes, or customs-related procedures.

  If a parcel is delayed, held, or not delivered due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. However, we will always do our best to assist and provide any available information to help resolve the situation.
